Shipping Info – U.S. Orders

Standard Shipping: Free, arrives in 3–5 business days

Expedited Shipping: Free on orders $99+, or $6 otherwise. Arrives in 1–3 business days (not available for PO Boxes)

Second Business Day: $24, arrives in 2 business days

Next Business Day: $39, arrives next business day
Shipping fees include handling.
Sales tax only applies to orders shipped to New York.
All fees are in USD.
International Orders & Duties
We don’t charge duties for international orders. Any customs/import fees are your responsibility. Contact your local customs office for details. For more, check our International Shipping Policy.
Order Processing
We usually process orders within 1–2 business days. Once approved, your order ships using your selected method. Your credit card is only charged after the item ships.
Custom items (like rings or personalized jewelry) may take longer to process. High-value orders might require a signature at delivery.
You'll get an email with tracking info when your order ships. If there's a delay, we'll notify you within 2 business days.
APO & FPO Shipping
Orders ship via USPS First-Class Mail and reach the APO/FPO processing center in 7–10 business days. Final delivery depends on the military postal service.
Exceptions
Family and personalized jewelry takes 7–10 business days before shipping.
Tracking Your Order
You’ll get an email with tracking details when your order ships. If you don’t see it, check your spam or junk folder, and add hello@wjdexclusives.com to your contacts.
You can also check your order status online.
Refused Deliveries
If you refuse delivery, we’ll refund your order once it’s returned—minus shipping costs and any taxes/duties.
