Free & Easy 30-Day Returns (eligible items only; luxury & pre-owned watches and customized/altered items excluded)

At WJD Exclusives, we want you to feel great about your purchase. If you’re not fully satisfied, you may return or exchange your item within 30 days of delivery — subject to the terms below.

How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, contact our Customer Care Team. We’ll provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and a prepaid U.S. return label.
Prefer a physical label mailed to you? Just ask — we’re happy to assist.


Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • Item must be in original, unworn condition.
  • All original tags (if applicable), packaging, certificates, and documentation included with the order must be returned.
  • Any premium or promotional packaging (e.g., gift boxes, free gifts) must be returned as well.

Returns initiated more than 30 days after delivery are not accepted.
Items that appear used, altered, or returned without required materials may be rejected or subject to a restocking fee.

For watches, “unworn condition” means:

  • No sizing, link removal, strap wear, clasp marks, or handling marks.
  • No scratches, scuffs, dings, or signs of use on case, bezel, bracelet, crystal, dial, crown, or caseback.
  • Watch must show no signs of wear or use beyond brief indoor inspection.

Restocking Fees

In cases where items are returned with missing components (e.g., packaging, documentation) or show signs of wear, a restocking fee of up to 30% may be applied. Final restocking fee, if any, is determined at our sole discretion upon inspection.

If we accept a return as a courtesy for a luxury or pre-owned watch (including customized/serviced pieces), any refund will be subject to an inspection-based restocking fee of up to 30% reflecting labor, parts, servicing, certification updates, and value impact from handling.

Because luxury watches are high-value and condition-sensitive, any handling marks may reduce market value and will affect eligibility and/or restocking fees.

Returns are not a home try-on program.

Returns are intended for items received damaged/incorrect or in genuinely unused condition; we do not support returns after wear, use, or condition changes.


Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method:

  • Credit/Debit Card payments.
  • WJD Exclusives Gift Cards (refunded as store credit).
  • Trade-ins (credited as store credit or exchanged).

Please allow up to 5–7 business days after we receive your return for processing.


Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom or personalized pieces.
  • Gift cards.
  • Luxury and pre-owned watches are not eligible for return unless explicitly marked “Return Eligible” on the product page and/or invoice on the product page and/or invoice. Any exception is at our sole discretion and may be subject to an inspection-based restocking fee.
  • Any item that has been customized/resized/serviced/altered (including part replacement, polishing, or certificate re-issuance).
  • Items returned without original tags (if applicable), packaging, certificates, or documentation.

Holiday Return Extension

Orders delivered between November 1 and December 31 may be returned through January 31.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 10 business days of delivery and before the item is worn, sized, customized, or altered.


Jewelry Repairs

Outside the return window? We offer fair repair services. Contact us for an assessment and quote.


International Returns

International customers are responsible for return shipping. Please clearly mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs fees.
