Return & Exchange Policy

At WJD Exclusives, we want you to feel great about your purchase. If you’re not fully satisfied, you may return or exchange your item within 30 days of delivery — subject to the terms below.

How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, contact our Customer Care Team. We’ll provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and a prepaid U.S. return label.
Prefer a physical label mailed to you? Just ask — we’re happy to assist.


Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • Item must be in original, unworn condition

  • Original security tag must be attached and untampered

  • All original packaging, certificates, and documentation must be included

  • Any premium or promotional packaging (e.g., gift boxes, free gifts) must be returned as well

Returns initiated more than 30 days after delivery are not accepted.
Items that appear used, altered, or returned without required materials may be rejected or subject to a restocking fee.


Restocking Fees

In cases where items are returned with missing components (e.g., premium packaging, documentation) or show signs of wear, a restocking fee of up to 30% may be applied.
Final restocking fee, if any, is determined at our sole discretion upon inspection of the returned item.


Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method:

  • Credit/Debit Card payments

  • WJD Gift Cards (refunded as store credit)

  • Trade-ins (credited as store credit or exchanged)

Please allow up to 5–7 business days after we receive your return for processing.


Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom or personalized pieces

  • Gift cards

  • Select luxury watches (e.g., Rolex)

  • Items returned without original tags, packaging, or certificates


Holiday Return Extension

Orders delivered between November 1 and December 31 may be returned through January 31.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 10 business days of delivery. We’ll make it right — including return shipping.


Jewelry Repairs

Outside the return window? We offer fair repair services. Contact us for an assessment and quote.


International Returns

International customers are responsible for return shipping. Please clearly mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs fees.
