We want you to love your WJD Exclusives purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return your purchase within 30 days of the shipment date for a refund, exchange, or store credit.
For items valued at $2,000 or more, a 10% restocking fee will apply. We provide prepaid return labels for U.S. domestic returns via email. If you don’t have access to a printer, simply contact our Customer Care Team, and we’ll gladly send a physical label by mail upon request. Eligibility for Returns
You may return your purchase within 30 days of the shipment date, with some exceptions. Returns are not allowed on custom designs, gift cards, or specific watch brands like Rolex, which are final sale. However, as a customer-centric company, we’re always open to reviewing each case individually. All returned items must be in the same condition as when received, including original packaging and documentation.
Restocking Fee
A 10% restocking fee applies to returns of items valued at $2,000 or more.
Refunds
All refunds will be credited to the original form of payment:
- Credit/Debit Cards: Credited back to the same account.
- Gift Cards: Refunds issued as a new gift card (gift cards cannot be returned, except where required by law).
- Trade-Ins: You will receive either your original trade-in or similar merchandise.
Prepaid Return Labels
For domestic U.S. returns, we provide a prepaid return label based on factors such as package value, size, and destination. Labels will be sent via email. If you don’t have access to a printer, simply contact our Customer Care Team to request a physical label.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Special orders and custom designs
- Custom engraved or photo-placed items (including photo pendants)
- Gift cards
- Certificates added to your purchase (e.g., for authentication)
- Watches (Rolex and select other brands, which are final sale)
Return Process
- Contact Us: Reach out to our Customer Care Team to initiate the return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Package Your Item: Include all original packaging and documentation.
- Shipping: Use the provided label (or a shipping method with tracking) to return the package.
- Inspection: We inspect all returns within 5-7 business days of receipt.
- Refund/Exchange: Once your item passes inspection, we will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days.
Holiday Returns
For items shipped between November 1 and December 31, you may return your purchase until January 31 of the following year, subject to our regular return guidelines.
Damaged or Defective Items
Inspect your purchase upon receipt. If there is a shipping error or defect, notify us within 10 business days. We will cover all return shipping fees for defective or incorrect items.
Jewelry Repairs
If your jewelry becomes damaged after the 30-day return window, we offer repair services at competitive prices. Contact our Customer Care Team for an estimate and more information.
International Returns
For international orders, the return shipping cost is the customers responsibility. Please ensure your return is well-packaged and labeled as "Returned Items" to avoid additional charges.
