14K Real Gold Two-Tone White Jesus Crucifix Cross Pendant 1.2"-2.2"

Can I just say the work on the cross is so beautiful, I bought it for my son medium size and it’s just perfect in every way. This is the 3rd item I buy here. Every single thing is perfect.

I ordered a 14k Yellow/white gold cross. The cross I ordered was yellow gold with a white gold Jesus and “INRI” with a thick bail. The product I was sent was a Yellow gold cross with “INRI” is yellow also and the only white gold was Jesus. Also the nail was thin as a sewing string. I reached out and they said they sent me an “updated” version. If you ask me it was all “downgraded” but what I’m aggravated about is they didn’t even reach out or email me and tell me they were sending a different product. So if you order make sure you reach out FIRST to make sure what you order they have in snd will be sending you that EXACT item because you also may end up with a “upgraded” item. (Downgraded).
